Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on room and rate selected. Please note your confirmation email or call Hotel Drisco to confirm.

• Our standard refundable rates generally charge first night’s room & tax in the event of cancellation inside the penalty window.
• Our prepaid rate is nonrefundable, noncancelable, and nonmodifiable. Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. No refunds or future credits will be issued for cancelled reservations.

Smoking

The Hotel Drisco is a smoke-free property (including e-cigarettes), and all guest rooms and public areas are designated as such. A smoking fee of $500 per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room or on the premises.

Room Guarantee

A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. All rates are based on single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise.

Children

There is no additional charge for children 12 and under staying with an adult. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Cribs and Pack & Play are available at no charge.

Pets

We welcome service animals in compliance with federal, state and local laws, however pets are not permitted in the hotel.

• Evening wine reception with artisan cheeses, charcuterie, fruit and hot hors d’oeuvres, served nightly from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

• Bicycles for your use, complete with helmets, locks, backpacks and water bottles. First come first serve basis. Guaranteed for guests who book the Bike Around Town package.

• Use of your guest room phone to make calls anywhere in the continental US
• Use of recently renovated Fitness Center on-site
• Use of the nearby Jewish Community Center (JCCSF) fitness center with swimming pool and extensive workout facilities
• DVD/Blu-ray disc lending library
• Street parking in the vicinity of the hotel is free, convenient and usually readily available. Although we do not offer valet service or a dedicated parking lot, just let us know where your vehicle is parked and our Bell Staff will be pleased to safeguard your keys and assist in moving your vehicle, as required by neighborhood parking restrictions.
• Morning newspaper delivered to your room
• Coffee and tea available 24 hours a day in the Sitting Room, with handmade biscotti served at 3 p.m.

Group Reservations

Four or more reservations are considered a group and must be booked with our Group Coordinator. Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

Dining

A complimentary gourmet breakfast buffet is offered to guests daily. While Hotel Drisco doesn’t offer lunch or dinner, there are many restaurant options walking distance from the hotel. Room service - In addition to our complimentary breakfast buffet and evening wine receptions, we offer a complete room service menu, available 24 hours a day.

Business Center

Complimentary use of a business center on our ground floor with a powerful big-screen PC, fast Internet access, a full suite of Microsoft Office Programs, a laser printer, business tools, basic office supplies, and a speakerphone with toll-free calling to anywhere in the continental US. The Business Center may be reserved in advance if desired. Open 24/7

Meeting facilities

Parking

The Hotel Drisco does not maintain a parking garage or lot, nor do we offer valet parking. However, complimentary street parking is plentiful in our neighborhood. Unlike downtown hotels where parking fees can exceed $60 per night, on-street parking at Hotel Drisco is free and convenient.
