Our standard refundable rates generally charge the first night’s room & tax in the event of cancellation inside the penalty window.

The Hotel Drisco is a smoke-free property (including e-cigarettes, vapes and marijuana), and all guest rooms and public areas are designated as such. A smoking fee of $500 per day will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in your room or on the premises.

A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. All rates are based on single or double occupancy unless specified otherwise.

There is no additional charge for children 12 and under staying with an adult. Maximum occupancy limitations for room types still apply. Cribs and Pack & Plays are available at no charge.

We are a dog-friendly hotel -- there are no size or weight limits, and no charge for your furry friends. Pet parents will be required to sign an agreement at check-in and will be responsible for any damages. To ensure the safety of our staff and comfort of our guests, dogs may not be left alone in the guestroom at any time.

Street parking in the vicinity of the hotel is free, convenient and usually readily available. Although we do not offer valet service or a dedicated parking lot, just let us know where your vehicle is parked and our Bell Staff will be pleased to safeguard your keys and assist in moving your vehicle, as required by neighborhood parking restrictions.

Four or more reservations are considered a group and must be booked with our Group Coordinator. Groups are subject to the terms of a contract including cancellation policy and performance requirements. In the event that a group of rooms are booked as individual reservations the hotel reserves the right to require the block of rooms to be subject to the terms and conditions of a contract.

A complimentary gourmet continental breakfast buffet is offered to guests daily, as well as an extensive array of food and drink during our evening reception. Although we don't have a restaurant, we do offer 24-hour room service, and there are many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. Our concierge would be delighted to offer recommendations and make arrangements.

We offer a small one-person Business Center with a large-screen PC, laser printer, basic office supplies, and a speakerphone with toll-free calling to anywhere in the continental US. The Business Center may be reserved in advance if desired. Open 24/7.

The Hotel Drisco does not maintain a parking garage or lot, nor do we offer valet parking. However, complimentary street parking is plentiful in our neighborhood. Unlike downtown hotels where parking fees can exceed $80 per night, on-street parking at Hotel Drisco is free and convenient.
